What to Expect
After your confirmation call, your order is packaged and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information via SMS or email if you provide your contact details during the confirmation call.
The courier will deliver to your nominated address. If you're not home, the driver will follow standard parcel notification procedures or leave a card for collection.
Since payment is on delivery, you may also decline the parcel at the door at no cost to you - the order will simply be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you may return an unopened product within 30 days of receipt. Once the packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned due to food safety regulations - this is a standard provision under Australian consumer law.
To arrange a return, email us at support@clearsievewash.world. We'll provide instructions and process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.
